The Boston Red Sox have sent Kevin Pillar to the Colorado Rockies in a trade.

The Red Sox will receive a player to be named later or cash along with international amateur signing-bonus pool space.

Pillar will be joining his fourth team since the start of the 2019 season.

The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired Ross Stripling from the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Los Angeles will receive a player to be named later as part of the deal.

Stripling was on the outside looking in with L.A's starting rotation healthy.

The Miami Marlins have acquired Starling Marte in a trade with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Miami is looking to make a push towards the playoffs.

Arizona received pitchers Caleb Smith and Humberto Mejia and a player to be named later in the deal.

Marte, 31, is hitting .311/.384/.443 in 33 games this season.
